The District Bar Association, Sahiwal, is one of the most prestigious Bars of Pakistan with time-honored glorious traditions. This bar has the rare honour of producing a galaxy of lawyers with stellar talents in abundance who carved out a niche for themselves to reach the pinnacle of this honorable profession by sheer dint of diligence and ceaseless hard work by devoting themselves heart and soul to their profession. Hussain Shaheed Suharwardi, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, was inducted as a lawyer while other bars across the country were reluctant to award him membership.
